SIP Trunking and Modern Telephony
SIP trunking replaces traditional analog phone lines (PRIs, POTS lines) with a VoIP connection delivered over your internet. For businesses in Mississauga and the GTA, this typically means lower monthly costs, easier scaling, and the ability to keep your existing phone numbers through number porting.
We configure SIP trunks with your existing PBX or new VoIP system, handle number porting from your current carrier, and ensure call quality is optimized for your internet bandwidth. Whether you're replacing analog lines on a legacy system or deploying a new Grandstream PBX, SIP trunking is typically the most cost-effective path forward.
For businesses that need overhead paging or music on hold, we integrate those systems with your phone platform so paging works from any handset.

We continue to service and support Nortel/Norstar and BCM telephone systems. The BCM portfolio delivers converged voice and data for small and medium-sized businesses and branch offices — with IP-enabled or pure-IP options.
Leveraging existing Meridian, Norstar, and Communication Server investments, BCM systems offer telephony, unified messaging, call center features, IVR, and data services. If your business still runs on these platforms, we maintain, program, and extend their useful life.

Designed for small and midsize businesses, IP Office scales from basic telephony to unified communications and video conferencing. It supports a productive mobile and remote workforce, grows with your business, and keeps flexibility and options built in.

Learn MoreFrequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between VoIP and a traditional phone system?
Traditional phone systems use dedicated copper lines (POTS or PRI) to carry calls. VoIP routes calls over your internet connection instead, which typically reduces monthly line costs and adds features like voicemail-to-email, remote extensions, and auto-attendant. On-premise VoIP uses a PBX at your office; hosted VoIP runs in the cloud with no on-site hardware beyond the phones themselves.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. Number porting lets you move your existing phone numbers from your current carrier to a new VoIP or SIP trunk provider. The process typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on the carrier. We handle the porting paperwork and coordinate the cutover so there's no gap in service.
Do you still support Nortel and Avaya systems?
Yes. We actively maintain, program, and repair Nortel BCM50, BCM450, Norstar, Meridian, and Avaya IP Office systems. If your business is still running on these platforms, we can keep them operating or help you plan a migration to a modern VoIP system when you're ready.
Do you sell and install Grandstream phone systems?
Yes. We supply Grandstream IP phones, video phones, and PBX appliances, install them on-site, and program extensions, voicemail, auto-attendant, and SIP trunking to match how your business works. Grandstream is a strong fit for small and mid-sized offices that want modern VoIP without enterprise-level complexity — and we provide ongoing support after go-live.
How many phone lines does my business need?
With VoIP and SIP trunking, you don't need a fixed number of physical lines. Instead, you provision concurrent call paths based on peak usage. A 20-person office that rarely has more than 5 simultaneous calls might need 5–8 SIP channels. We help size this based on your actual call volume.
